There are no creature comforts like A/C or central heating; running water, or electrical service, etc. Basically, the building is a shell without any utilities. This is because the hospital was vacant for decades before ghost hunting was allowed, and the utilities are obsolete and non-functional. This works great for ghost hunting because it eliminates background interference with recording/monitoring equipment.
