NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC

Unfortunately, the general public has been banned by the City of Yorktown from visiting Yorktown Memorial Hospital even though the owner has provided an engineer's report that the building is safe for occupancy.

 Yorktown Memorial Hospital is private property and not open to the general public.  We are sorry that we cannot accommodate the public interest in touring the old hospital building, but the City has given notice that the property cannot be used for any purpose until and unless it is brought into compliance with local building codes. This is not financially feasible or desirable at this time because the old hospital is fine just the way it is.
